He leads a comprehensive transformation of Hutama Karya’s talent architecture, spanning from people analytics infrastructure, skills-based career design, Human Capital business acumen development, and strategic workforce planning. As Chief HR and Transformation Officer of PT AIA Financial, a business unit of Hong Kong-headquartered AIA Group Ltd, he leads the integration of people, organization, and enterprise transformation priorities within one of the world’s largest life insurance groups.

Over 20 years in corporate leadership, Ichsan has directed human capital and organization transformations across the automotive, airport services, aviation, and life insurance sectors, aligning leadership, operating models, and culture with business priorities.

Earlier, during a 10-year consulting career with Accenture and Korn Ferry, he advised major organizations across financial services, energy, automotive, aviation, mining, and consumer goods on post-merger integration, M&A planning, culture transformation, organization design, and HR transformation.

Adhika is an experienced leader in Human Resources (HR) and Communications with background in multi-national Pharmaceutical, Consumer Goods, Consulting and Teaching. He is now serving as People & Organisation Director for Novo Nordisk Indonesia – a global pioneer in obesity and diabetes care, founded in 1923 and headquartered in Denmark. Previously, he served as HR Director for P&G Indonesia. He has helped organisations to go through various transformation and business acceleration projects. Adhika was awarded Gold Award as HR Manager of the Year in HR Excellence Awards 2021.

currently serves as a senior lecturer at Singapore
Management University and head of the
undergraduate Financial Technology program, and
teaches courses in NYU Stern’s MS in Fintech
program as well as Sophia University.

Prior to his academic career, Randall was a
successful entrepreneur and formerly CEO of
Catena Technologies, a Fintech company that was
acquired by S&P Global. He also held the position
of Chief Information Officer at 1st Financial Bank

His career began in project management and evolved into senior HR leadership, strategic business partnership, organizational transformation, leadership development, and governance & compliance.

Throughout his career, he has worked with management and leadership teams to build and transform organizations, develop organizational capability, navigate complex change, strengthen industrial relations, and align people strategy with business priorities. His experience includes multinational matrix organizations, post-merger integration, workforce planning, shared services, operational capability transformation, and organizational recovery.

At Dräger, he has led significant organizational and cultural transformation, helping move the organization toward a more collaborative, agile and mutually supportive culture while developing a stronger leadership team. He has also helped transform compliance from a topic initially perceived with fear and resistance into an open and constructive part of everyday business operations.

Ewaldo Reis Amaral is the Head of Talent Growth at Blibli (Blibli Tiket Group), where he leads talent architecture, capability frameworks, and leadership development across a multi-entity conglomerate. His current work focuses on transitioning legacy job structures into skills-based talent models — building the bridge between established grading systems and the organizational agility that Indonesia’s next growth chapter demands.

Having built and restructured talent systems across Schneider Electric, Unilever, Manulife, tiket.com, and now Blibli, Ewaldo brings a cross-industry lens spanning manufacturing, FMCG, financial services, and tech — in local, regional, and global matrix settings.

Ewaldo is the author of Certified Hunger Manifesto (published by Elex Media Gramedia Group) and the founder of Certified Hunger, through which he advises organizations on leadership and organizational capability. He was recognized as one of Southeast Asia’s Top Learning and Development Leaders by People Matters Asia and has received Outstanding Paper and Best Paper awards at the Indonesia HR Summit and Forum Human Capital Indonesia. Recognized among ETHRWorld Southeast Asia’s HR Icons in both 2025 and 2026, Wahyu is also a certified Ikigai Coach and co-author of Life Is Worth Living: Temukan Makna Sejati dan Tujuan Hidup Anda, a book exploring purpose, meaning and wellbeing through Japanese philosophy and positive psychology.

Jonathan brings invaluable expertise, collaborative muscle and big-picture vision to the ESG Institute through his external role as the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) ASEAN Development Advisor and his commercial acumen developed while the Executive Director/Regional Head of Citibank Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Services as well as his years at EDS, American Express, PwC Consulting, CAPCO, HP, and KPMG.

He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS); a licensed CIPS Procurement Excellence Programme assessor for Asia, and a Chartered IT Professional (CITP). He is also an Exco member of The Supply Chain Asia (SCA) Procurement Council.
