Ichsan is a senior executive in the HR field with over 30 years of experience, built between global management consulting firms (Korn Ferry and Accenture), and senior corporate HR roles in Indonesia.  He has worked and consulted in Financial Services, Energy, Automotive, Aviation, Mining and Consumer Goods industries, tackling challenges in major initiatives, such as post-merger integration, M&A planning, culture transformation, organisation design, and HR transformation.

Currently, Ichsan is the CHRO of PT AIA Financial, a business unit of AIA Group, one of the largest life insurance companies in the world, based in Hong Kong.  He has been awarded as ‘One of Most Influential HR Leaders in Southeast Asia’ by ETHR Southeast Asia in the last 2 years.

Steven Yudiyantho

Steven Yudiyantho has work experience in the field of human resources for approximately 25 years, both as a consultant in the private sector, and in state-owned enterprise companies. He specialises in corporate university set-up, leadership development strategy, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, performance development, organisation development, rewards, and HR strategies.

From 2021 to 2023, Steven was entrusted by the Minister of SOEs as the Chief Learning Officer of the BUMN Leadership & Management Institute to produce competent and professional leaders of SOEs. Currently, Steven has been assigned by the Ministry of SOEs to work at Bank Rakyat Indonesia as Senior Executive Vice President, Human Capital Strategy to help the company transform its human resources. Bank Rakyat Indonesia is the one of the biggest banks in Indonesia that has more than 70,000 employees spread throughout the country.

Steven also wrote a book “From Leadership to Talentship” to share his knowledge and experience for all leaders who want to overcome a succession crisis. Currently, the book is one of the best sellers in Indonesian bookstores.

Bambang Yapri

Bio

Bambang Yapri is a leadership, career and sales coach with more than 20 years of experience in the areas of corporate people development across many industries, including manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical, multi-technology platforms, and from national family-owned companies to multinational companies.

Bambang Yapri was recognised as one of the recipients of the Indonesia Distinguished Human Capital Leader Award 2024 from Economic Review-ID, NBO Indonesia and GNIK (Gerakan Nasional Indonesia Kompeten). He had also been selected by Speakin Asia Dialogues as Asia’s Top HR Leaders 2024 in Singapore, and recognised as The HR Icons list 2023 and 2024 – Indonesia by ETHRWorld Southeast Asia.

Bambang is currently serving as Human Capital Director at Bina Karya Prima Group, a prominent FMCG company with brands, such as Tropical, Shinzu’i, Zen, Ume, forVITA, Hemart, Fraisweel, and Fitri that make life a better living. Bambang is a people developer who has helped corporates and individuals through coaching processes, facilitation and consultation. He believes in developing people, and is continuously developing himself while helping others in being better.

Suryo Sasono

Chief Talent Officer – Bukalapak
Bio

Suryo is Chief Talent Officer at Bukalapak.  As part of the management team reporting to CEO, he is currently leading overall HR functions, from talent acquisition and development to remuneration, strategy, and operations across all offices in Indonesia, Singapore, and Australia.  Suryo also holds a position as a member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee with the Board of Commissioners.

During Suryo’s time at the company, Bukalapak received HR Asia’s Best Company to Work (2021, 2022, 2023), We Care’s Most Caring Company (2022), EB Star’s Best Employer Branding (2022), LinkedIn’s Best Employer Branding (2023), and SWA’s Best Learning & Development (2023).  Individually, Suryo also received Economic Times’ Top 100 Most Influential Leaders in Southeast Asia, ETHR’s HR Icons Indonesia 2024, and Mercer’s 40 under 40 HR Leaders in Asia.

Prior to Bukalapak, Suryo was working for a wide range of industries, taking up roles both from HR side and also the business side.  His last role prior to Bukalapak, was Project Leader at BCG, where he was responsible for multiple large scale transformation projects in the telecommunications, energy and banking sectors.  Beyond HR, his area of expertise includes sales, operations, post-merger integration and analytics.

Suryo holds a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology and MBA Degree from INSEAD.  Suryo is also a Lecturer at Bandung Institute of Technology on People & Organisation electives.

Norman Sasono

Chief Technology Officer – DANA Indonesia
Bio

Norman is the Chief Technology Officer of e-Wallet and payment platform – DANA Indonesia that currently serves more than 190 million users.  He leads the team that built and runs DANA Systems, spanning software engineering, data platform, data science, AI and machine learning, infrastructure and data centres, DevOps / SRE, and security.

Norman has two decades of industry experience building various computing systems, where he co-founded two tech startups; Bizzy Indonesia and LoyaltiExpress, and worked for Microsoft in Developer Platform Group for almost 8 years.  He was formally educated in Engineering Physics at ITS and Computer Science at IPB, and Executive Education in Innovation & Strategy at MIT.

Norman was named as one of 2020 Top 25 Fintech CTO by The Financial Technology Report and listed in 2020 ASEAN CIO 50 by IDG among Technology Leaders in Southeast Asia.  In 2021, Norman was invited to be a council member of the global Forbes Technology Council.  In InfoSec 2022, he was named Digital Leader of The Year in Indonesia.  In 2024, he was awarded as The Most Intelligent CIO in Indonesia from iCIO Community.

Dolphy Goveas

Dolphy Goveas currently holds the position of Head of Global HR Operations at Goodhope Asia Holdings Group, a prominent global company specialising in edible oils, fats, and palm oil plantations.  He has held this role since April 2012 and is presently located in Indonesia.  Previously, he was stationed in Malaysia and Sri Lanka.

Bringing nearly a quarter-century of extensive experience, Dolphy has a diverse background that encompasses leadership roles within renowned MNCs, such as Goodhope, BBraun Medical and Mizuho Bank, amongst others.  Dolphy has adeptly served in strategic business partnering capacities across a spectrum of industries, including Palm Oil, Banking, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, Advertising, and Manufacturing.  His professional journey has spanned countries, including India, Indonesia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Malaysia, to name a few.

Certified across numerous assessments, Dolphy plays a pivotal role in fostering leadership within the organisation.  For his contribution to the HR community, Dolphy has received several awards and the more recent one, Topmost HR Leaders Asia 2023 by World HRD Congres and Most Iconic HR Leadership Award 2023 by Golden Aim Conference & Award for Excellence & Leadership in HRM.

Herman Cahyadi

Herman Cahyadi is a seasoned HR leader, dedicated to creating robust corporate culture and empowering leaders and employees. He is currently the Head of People at Gojek and leads the People Business Partners at the company, with his function supporting nearly 4,000 employees around Southeast Asia.

Prior to joining Gojek, Herman was the Head of HRBP at PT Bank UOB Indonesia and HRBP for Channels and Digitalisation Head. His career experience spans across various HR leadership roles in the banking and financial industry and start-up companies, handling different facets of HR, such as HR strategy, operations, organisational development, performance management, rewards strategy, business partnering, and multiple-HR related projects in HR transformation, harmonisation, and mergers and acquisitions.

Rina Faqih

Rina began her career with outstanding academic achievements, including graduating as Best Graduate in Psychology from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) and earning an MBA.  She started professionally as Management Trainee at BUMA and continued to accelerate her career, joining Sinar Mas Group where she was promoted to HR Division Head.

In 2016, Rina transitioned to Great Giant Foods as General Manager for Strategic HR.  Her outstanding HR leadership has earned her numerous awards, starting from Future HR Leader from SWA Magazine Indonesia in 2019, Top HR Leader 40 under 40 from Mercer, and Gold winner of HR Leader of the Year in 2023.

Gemini Aryanto (Ary) is the Group Chief People & Culture Officer at Kopi Kenangan, Southeast Asia’s first F&B unicorn. A seasoned HR leader with over 25 years of experience across Asia Pacific and the Middle East, Ary brings a wealth of expertise in business partnering, leadership development, executive coaching, and organisational change.

Ary has held key roles at prominent organisations like Nestle, Danone, Yum!, KFC, Kraft Foods, and Willis Tower Watson, where he spearheaded initiatives in talent management, organisational design and M&A. Driven by a passion for people development and a belief in the unique strengths of every individual, Ary is committed to helping others unlock their potential and accelerate their career development.

Ary holds a Master of HR Administration Development from the University of Indonesia, and a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the University of Gunadarma. He is currently joining a global C-Suite program, an Executive Education program from Wharton University. Maulidin Dhani

Vice President, People Analytics & Enable Management – Telkomsel
Bio

Maulidin Dhani is a passionate and self-motivated Human Capital practitioner with extensive experience in managing various aspects of HR functions at Telkomsel.  He has been involved in key initiatives, such as human capital blueprint development, organisational development, workforce planning, business process management, integrated performance management, HCM technology and people analytics.  Additionally, he has played an active role in Telkomsel’s corporate digital transformation.

With a strong educational background, Maulidin is currently pursuing a Doctorate at Padjadjaran University in Bandung, after completing his Master’s in Management from Telkom University and a Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems from Pelita Harapan University.  His career spans leadership roles, such as Vice President of People Development & Analytics, focusing on employee experience, talent development, and performance management in line with corporate strategy.

Maulidin has successfully led several significant projects, including Telkomsel’s new operating model and the new integrated performance management system, and has been recognised for his leadership through multiple full scholarships and awards.

Sudarmadi Widodo

Sudarmadi Widodo began his career in Human Resource Development (HRD) in 1995 at Astra Group before advancing to a Japanese FMCG company in 1998.  Starting from an entry-level position, he steadily progressed to become a member of the Board of Directors, overseeing HRD for three Otsuka Group companies in Indonesia operating in the FMCG, Distribution and Pharmaceutical sectors.  In this role, he focuses on talent development, employee engagement, and aligning HR strategies with organisational objectives.

With a legal background and expertise in harmonising Japanese and Indonesian corporate cultures, Sudarmadi expanded his responsibilities to include public relations and compliance.  His leadership has been instrumental in launching impactful sustainability programs, such as Free TBC at Workplaces and Otsuka Blue Planet.  These initiatives positioned Otsuka as a partner of the Indonesian Ministry of Health and Ministry of Manpower in tuberculosis eradication campaigns at workplace environments.

With his expertise in HRD, Sudarmadi also leads the HRD community and serves as a central committee member of the Indonesia Public Relations Association, the oldest PR organisation in Indonesia.  He is also actively involved in several other social organisations.  By simultaneously leading HRD and public relations, Sudarmadi has effectively integrated HR strategies with a strong emphasis on employee well-being.
