Albert Liew is a distinguished business leader recognised for his achievements in driving commercial growth and managing high-performing teams. Since joining BIPO in 2017 as a pioneer team member in Southeast Asia, he has played a key role in the company’s global expansion.

As the Managing Director for Singapore and Indochina, Albert leads its business operations, directing sales, channel partners, and full-service implementation teams. His efforts in fostering strategic partnerships and alliances have been instrumental in the company’s growth.

Albert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. In his pursuit of continuous growth, Albert is currently enrolled in the Tsinghua-INSEAD Executive MBA (TIEMBA) program as a distinguished member of the Class of ’25. Kelvin Cen

Kelvin is the Head of Southeast Asia at Bloomberg. He oversees 11 markets across the region, driving strategy and business development and strengthening the firm’s key client relationships in Southeast Asia. In his 13-year career with Bloomberg, Kelvin has held several leadership roles, including co-leading the APAC Corporations and Commodities business and, most recently, serving as the COO for Asia Pacific.

Based in Singapore, Kelvin is committed to bridging the financial community across the region. He leads a diverse Southeast Asian team and is passionate about nurturing talent and fostering an inclusive, forward-looking workplace. Kelvin is also a strong advocate for gender equality and giving access to underrepresented communities; he is one of the male allies in the Bloomberg Women’s Committee.

Kelvin holds a BA from Singapore Management University and enjoys visiting museums and indulging in culinary art in his spare time. He resides in Singapore with his wife and they are proud parents of two daughters.

Sian Hooper is an accomplished, regional HR leader with more than 20 years of experience across HR and People roles in investment banking, professional services, retail, and in her current capacity as Co-Head of HR for APAC at Bloomberg.

She is passionate about empowering and leading diverse teams, creating tangible outcomes for employees, and driving meaningful HR transformations. Originally from the UK, Sian has lived in Hong Kong and worked across APAC for 13 years, developing valuable insights into one of the world’s most complex regions.

Dr. Jaclyn Lee

Dr Jaclyn Lee is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Certis Group, overseeing HR functions in Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, Macau, and Qatar. With 25+ years of HR experience, she’s a thought leader in HR Technology and Analytics. Previously, Jaclyn played a pioneering role as Chief Human Resource Officer at SUTD, establishing key HR infrastructure and talent strategies. Her diverse HR background spans manufacturing, social services, education, technology, and security, with international experience at General Motors and NEC Corporation.

Recognised for her contributions, Jaclyn received the Public Administration Medal (Silver) in 2019 and the Covid Resilience Medal in 2022. She’s a notable speaker on HR Analytics and HR Tech, an adjunct faculty at SUTD for Digital HR, and author of two books.

Jaclyn holds a PhD, Masters in Business, Masters in HR, and a BSc in Psychology. Her expertise continues to shape the HR field in the region.

Gareth Poh

Gareth is a seasoned professional in the world of HR, having helmed the role of senior HR business partner and employment counsel for over 2 decades. With a razor-sharp focus on organization development and labour law advisory, he’s currently holding the position of Head of HR for Southeast Asia at C.H. Robinson. Gareth’s unique track record includes collaborating with listed companies and prestigious government institutions. His expertise is known to be invaluable and practical in the form of counsel to senior managements and serving as a trusted member of taskforces. Iris Goh

Iris has been appointed as Director, Talent with effect from 1 September 2022. Prior to her appointment, Iris served as Associate Director, Human Resources. Since joining the firm in 2018 as Senior Manager, Iris has been instrumental in driving various HR initiatives including digitalization, corporate social responsibility activities and leading in progressive HR or cross-functional improvement projects. She was also one of the key personnel involved in handling and navigating the firm through the COVID-19 pandemic.

Iris has more than 20 years of professional working experience in areas such as Human Resources, Corporate Secretarial, and as an educator specialising in Human Resources Modules. Iris holds an MBA majoring in Human Resource Management, a BBA majoring in Finance, and a post-graduate certificate from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK.

Iris’ career offers her opportunities to travel extensively in Asia, including China where she spent five years based in Beijing while managing the HR team in Shanghai, Suzhou, and Singapore. She is skilled at handling Talent Acquisition and Management, Performance Management, Training and Development, Mentoring and Coaching, as well as developing strategic HR practices. Iris is familiar with several industries ranging from professional services, IT, retail, manufacturing & assembly, and education.

Iris prides herself on having a positive mindset, conscientious work attitude, and strong people skills. She is a self-starter who is adaptable to different environments and enjoys diversity in the workplace. She believes that nothing is constant except re-thinking and re-learning constantly.

He is resourceful and commercially focused, and has strong interpersonal skills. He has a strong track record in planning and driving key HR and operational initiatives.

Don has a degree in Arts and Social Sciences (History), 2nd Class Upper Hons, from the National University of Singapore and is a certified IHRP Senior Professional.

Anurag Bhalla is the Co-founder & Chief Sales Officer at Outsized. Prior to co-founding Outsized, he worked at Market Gravity (now Deloitte Digital) with a focus on innovation and proposition design. He also worked at Monitor Deloitte, leading projects related to venture building and proposition design. In his earlier career, Anurag was Director of Innovation-Emerging Markets at global insurer Legal & General, leading the development and go-to-market strategies of innovative propositions across Asian and African markets. At Outsized, he first built the India business before moving to Singapore to lead the APAC region.

Dr. Sandhya Karpe is the Human Capital Center Leader in Asia and Program Director of the Asia Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council and the Asia Human Resources Council at The Conference Board. In addition, she is the CEO of Imagine Education Design Studio, a leadership development advisory firm with a global client portfolio. Sandhya has also started a new role as Adjunct Associate Professor within the School of Business at the National University of Singapore.

She brings 35 years of cross-cultural experience in human capital development, having worked consultatively with multinational and regional organizations, as well as business leaders across five continents, and a unique combination of strong business leadership and deep academic and research experience.

Sandhya’s past experience includes top leadership roles at top-tier global institutions. She has consulted extensively with senior executives and L&D teams across the world to co-create leadership development solutions and facilitated workshops for executives at all levels. She has been a mentor/coach to business leaders, enabling them in successful career, role and geographical transitions.

Sandhya was Managing Director at Duke Corporate Education in Singapore, leading some of their key client engagements in APAC. She “started-up” Temasek Management Services’ (TMS) Academy in Singapore as its founding Head and Chief Enterprise Learning Officer, responsible for setting up and building the organization.

Prior to TMS, Sandhya was with The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, USA as Head of its Custom Executive Education business and member of its Executive Committee. She led a large professional services team with overall P&L responsibility for the division’s global portfolio. Her key contribution was the expansion of Wharton’s business and footprint into key emerging markets including India, China, APAC and the Middle East.

Sandhya has been an Associate Professor at NMIMS in Mumbai, India in the areas of Organizational Behavior and Leadership. She is the recipient of the prestigious Chevening Gurukul Scholarship awarded by the British Government, for study at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), in recognition of her outstanding contribution to her profession.

Sandhya holds an MBA from Queen’s University, Canada and a PhD. from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), India both with a focus on Organizational Behavior.

Jonathan brings invaluable expertise, collaborative muscle and big-picture vision to the ESG Institute through his external role as the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) ASEAN Development Advisor and his commercial acumen developed while the Executive Director/Regional Head of Citibank Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Services as well as his years at EDS, American Express, PwC Consulting, CAPCO, HP, and KPMG.

He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS); a licensed CIPS Procurement Excellence Programme assessor for Asia, and a Chartered IT Professional (CITP). He is also an Exco member of The Supply Chain Asia (SCA) Procurement Council.
