The holacracy-metaverse organisation: Taking the next step in organisational excellence and employee development

In today’s dynamic business environment, it is no longer enough for organisations to simply develop talent. They must also seek to transform them from task employees to knowledge employees using digital technology as enablers. By leveraging digital technology, organisations can achieve exponential business growth, create new revenue streams, optimise processes, and shape the character of leaders with the concept of "Citius, Altius, Fortius" (Faster, Higher, Stronger).

Join Paulus Swasono Satyo Nugroho, CHRO, Sinar Mas Mining, as he shares how the Sinar Mas Group is continuing to empower employees on their professional development journey by creating holacracy-metaverse organisations shaped by continuous upskilling, reskilling, and the application of the six dimensions of resiliency.

[PANEL DISCUSSION] The Impact of AI In the Workplace: Developing Indonesia’s Talent for The Future

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the way Human Resources (HR) operates and is helping streamline many HR tasks and improving overall efficiency and productivity.

However, the adoption of AI in HR also raises concerns about privacy, security, and ethics. For instance, there are concerns about the potential for bias in algorithms used for recruitment and selection of job candidates. AI also has the potential to take certain jobs traditionally done by humans.

To understand better the true impact of AI in the workplace, this panel discussion will examine the opportunities and threats presented by AI and how organisations can deploy AI in a productive, safe, and secure manner.

As organisations look to combine the best of humanity and AI to build the workforce of the future, the panel discussion will also highlight how we can develop talent in people-centric organisations and in the new environment based on AI.
