Aloysius Budi Santoso

Chief of Corporate Human Capital Development – Astra International
Bio

Aloysius Budi Santoso currently holds the position as Chief of Corporate Human Capital Development at PT. Astra International Tbk. He is responsible for all functions of human capital, as well as the implementation of Astra Management system within Astra Group. He leads Astra people roadmap initiative and registered as one of the Board members of Bina Ilmu Foundation of Astra Polytechnic Institute. Before being assigned to Astra International, Budi worked for one of its business units, Astra Graphia Group as Chief of Business Development & Management System of PT. Astra Graphia Tbk and Chief of Business Consultant of PT. Astra Graphia Information Technology.

Budi graduated from Magister Manajemen (Internasional Management) Prasetya Mulya Business School and Postgraduate in Coaching from Edinburgh Napier University, UK. Budi has also attended several executive education programs in several institutions, such as INSEAD, Stanford, USC and Lemhanas. He is also certified as a Human Capital assessor from BNSP (national professional certification agency).

Budi received some awards of Global HR Leader in World HR Congress (2017 and 2018), 100 Most influential HR Leaders from Southeast Asia (2023) and Indonesia Human Capital Leader award (2023). He is actively involved in various organisations, namely Indonesia Employer Organisation (APINDO) as Secretary General and member of Indonesia National Wages Board (DEPENAS).

Lianawaty Suwono

Bio

Lianawaty Suwono was appointed as Director of Bank Central Asia (BCA) at the 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), and lastly re-appointed to the position at the 2021 Annual GMS for a 5-year term. She is responsible for managing human resource strategies and policies, as well as learning and development of HR, and compliance.

Lianawaty graduated in Business Information Computing Systems, San Francisco State University, California, USA. Her career began in 1991 as a management trainee and was later appointed as Business Analyst (1992 – 1996) in the Information Systems division. After working in IT, Lianawaty continued her career in human capital, where she held various managerial roles, such as Head of the Human Capital Division (2006 – 2016). From 2014 to July 2016, she also served as President Commissioner of PT Asuransi Jiwa BCA.

Lianawaty also successfully won the National Award: The Best Human Capital Director Lifetime Achievement (2023), Indonesia Most Extraordinary Women Business Leaders (2023) and Indonesia’s Most Powerful Women (2023); and International Award: Asia Pacific Stevie Awards Gold Winner for The Most Innovative HR Executive of the Year, Silver Winner for The Most Innovative Woman of the Year (2024) and HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia (2021 – 2023).

Evi Damayanti

Chief Human Capital – Bank Danamon Indonesia
Bio

Evi joined Bank Danamon in 2016 as Chief Internal Audit until December 2018. After that, she was appointed as Chief Operations Officer until March 2023, and then assigned to become Chief Human Capital. Before joining Bank Danamon, she started her career in Europe (Zurich and London) at Citibank and Barclays, before returning to Indonesia to form the In Business Controls team at Citibank Indonesia. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from University of Indonesia. She is also a CFA charter holder.

Wing Antariksa

Wing Antariksa has over 20 years of professional experience within a diverse range of organisations, including multinational corporations, consulting firms, state-owned enterprises and private companies. His extensive career spans roles from consultant to executive and director, culminating in his current position as CHRO at Bluebird Indonesia.

Wing has demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of the entire human capital spectrum, successfully managing talent acquisition, employee development, performance management and organisational development. Wing’s expertise and strategic vision have consistently contributed to the success of the organisations he has served. Wing is also currently Vice Chairman of Indonesian Society of Human Resources.

Eklavya Bhave

Eklavya Bhave is an experienced business and technology executive. He currently serves as Head of Asia in Coursera. He leads a team that is committed to providing equal access to the world’s best education. His responsibilities include driving sales and GTM strategy for Coursera’s enterprise business in the Asia Pacific region. This includes working closely with enterprises and universities in the region.

Eklavya has close to two decades of experience in sales and business development in the technology space. He has held leadership positions in companies, such as Citrix, Oracle, Microsoft, etc. Prior to Coursera, Eklavya was the Head of Channels & Alliances for South Asia for Citrix. In this role, he was responsible for building and executing business strategy for the region by leading cross functional teams. Eklavya is an Engineering graduate with a Masters in Management.

Debora Bangun

Debora Bangun is the Chief People & Corporate Strategy Officer at DANA, an Indonesian fintech company leading the transition to a cashless society with its digital payment solutions and financial services. In her role, Debora is instrumental in shaping human resources across all levels, fostering a dynamic start-up culture, and positioning DANA as an employer of choice.

With a Finance & Accounting degree, Debora began her career as an auditor at two top firms such as E&Y and PwC, and later became the Head of Finance HR and Legal in Wattyl. Before assuming his current role, Rudy held several positions within the industry. He served as CHRO at AXA Indonesia and Head of HR at Geoservices. Ripy Mangkoesoebroto

Ripy is the People & Culture Director of PT HM Sampoerna Tbk, an affiliate of Philip Morris International. Prior to her current role, she was the Founder and CEO of 3V, an Indonesian consulting firm, specialising in Culture Transformation and People Management Advisory Services, which also developed a dynamic culture and performance management application – OMNIA.

In Ripy’s 25 years of professional experience, she has taken an executive role to lead various large corporations in Indonesia to undergo people management and corporate culture transformation. Her work and consulting experience spanned in the industry of consumer goods, pharmaceutical and consulting industries with leading national and multinational organisations, such as DDI, PT HM Sampoerna Tbk, MSD and Schering-Plough, AXA and Indosat Ooredoo.

A graduate of Psychology, University of Indonesia, Ripy attained her Master degree of Education & Training System Design in the University of Twente. Her achievement has been acknowledged by various professional awards in Indonesia. Ripy’s performance track record as “making change happens” and expertise in corporate culture transformation helps ensure change initiatives are grounded, practical and contextual.

Anne-Marie Paiement

Anne-Marie Paiement is the Regional Manager – Asia Pacific at Hogan Assessments. She concentrates on expanding Hogan’s brand and facilitating the growth of Hogan’s business for distributors in the Asia Pacific area. In addition, she serves as a subject matter expert and contributes to global discussions on cross-cultural leadership, diversity and inclusion, talent development and psychometric assessments.

Prior to joining Hogan, Anne-Marie gained consulting experience where she designed and implemented global talent management strategies and initiatives to promote leadership development, cross-cultural team acceleration and employee engagement. She holds a PhD in Industrial-Organisational Psychology from the University of Montreal, Canada.

Irsyad Sahroni

Irsyad Sahroni is a distinguished HR leader with over 25 years of experience across various industries, including FMCG, pharmaceuticals and telecommunications. He is currently the Director and CHRO at Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH), and serves as a Commissioner at Lintasarta.

Understanding that the people is the core of any organisation, Irsyad has been focusing on establishing IOH as a growth platform for all employees through talent management and performance enablement. His leadership ensures that talents are respected and recognised while still positively challenged, to effectively meet the evolving needs of both the employees and the business. This holistic approach to HR has positioned Irsyad as a leader in creating sustainable and effective HR strategies, resulting in a performance-driven organisation.

Furthermore, Irsyad’s career is also marked by a strategic focus on enhancing employee experience. Yenita Oktora

Yenita’s career with L’Oréal Indonesia spans nearly 14 years, currently holding a position on the Management Committee as Chief Human Resources Officer. Throughout her tenure at L’Oréal, she has garnered diverse international experiences. Yenita’s journey commenced in 2010 as the Recruitment & Integration Manager. In 2014, she ventured to Shanghai as Talent Director for Asia Pacific. After two years, she transitioned to Hong Kong in 2016, serving as the HR Director, Consumer Division for Asia Pacific. Then, she relocated to Singapore in 2018, expanding her role as HR Business partner for regional staff.

Upon returning to Indonesia, Yenita took on the leadership of the HR team with a mission to make L’Oréal Indonesia a great place to work while nurturing the company’s most important asset – Its people. Her professional trajectory is rooted in her strong passion for people, stemming from her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia in 2003.

Commencing her career at Charoen Pokphand Indonesia, Yenita later transitioned to a consultancy role within a recruitment agency before dedicating four years to Hutchison 3 Indonesia as a HR Business Partner Manager, ultimately finding her place at L’Oréal Indonesia.

Harliana Liswati

Starting her career in life insurance companies since 2000, Harliana spent about 20 years working with Manulife, AIA and Avrist, managing end-to-end HR processes. She is now spreading her wings by joining leading lifestyle retailer in Indonesia – PT Mitra Adiperkasa (MAP) at MAP Tech Business since 2021. Harliana is responsible as Regional HR to oversee the HR role, not only in Indonesia but also in Vietnam, Cambodia and Philippines. She holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology from Universitas Indonesia and also has a Psychologist licence.

Julie Anwar

Julie has more than 20 years of experience in the field of human resources. She spearheads the transformation of human resources at OCBC to embrace the wave of technology disruption. Julie started her career as marketing for HSBC Securities, HR consultancy at Mercer, HR Head for Citibank and Bank QNB Kesawan before joining PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk in 2014.

Julie won various awards while serving as Head of HR at OCBC, one of them from UN Women – Women Empowerment Principles (WEP) 2020 for the Honourable Mentioned criteria – Gender Inclusive Workplace 2020.
