Sonali heads Human Resources for Singapore Headquarters and Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa Supply Chain organization at Procter & Gamble – her role spans the entire supply chain, covering ~10,000 colleagues across developed and emerging markets, covering Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Customer Service, Digital Hubs & operations. She is based in the Singapore headquarters of P&G.

Sonali has diverse experiences in Strategic HR Leadership, Organization Design, Employee Relations, Business Partnership, CXO Coaching and Change Management, and Talent/leadership development. An avid traveler, she has lived and worked in India, Singapore, Vietnam, and ensures she sees at least 2 new countries every year! She has a special passion for Leadership Coaching, and coaches professionals/entrepreneurs, after completing Advanced Coaching Certification from The Teachers College, Columbia University (U.S.A).  Having first-hand experienced the highs and lows as a female leader pursuing an international career, Sonali is committed to driving positive change in inclusion in the organization and community.
