President, ADP Asia-Pacific

Peter Hadley is President of Asia-Pacific, based in Singapore and has responsibility for leading a team of approximately 1,830 associates located in Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Singapore and the Philippines.

ADP’s Asia Pacific business provides solutions to over 8,000 clients, paying ~2.8 million employees and generating ~3.6 million payslips each month in over 20 countries ranging from small, local companies up to the largest global corporations.  Peter has overall responsibility for all aspects of ADP’s business and strategy including Sales, Implementation, Client Service, Product Development, Product Management as well as driving business development and new market opportunities in the Asia-Pacific market.

Prior to his current role, Peter was CFO of ADP’s Global Enterprise Solutions division servicing clients in North America, EMEA, Asia Pacific and Latin America.  He was based in ADP’s global headquarters in Roseland, NJ.  Before this he held a number of positions of increasing responsibility in both Paris, France and London, United Kingdom where he joined ADP in 2002.

Before ADP, Peter worked at KPMG in London, United Kingdom and Arthur Andersen in Sydney, Australia.  He holds a Master of Applied Finance from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney.  He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending time with his family, traveling to new destinations as well as playing sports such as golf, tennis and snow skiing.
