Dr. Oliver Crocco

Dr. Oliver Crocco is an Assistant Professor of Leadership and Human Resource Development at Louisiana State University (LSU) and holds graduate degrees from Harvard University and the George Washington University. Dr. Crocco lived in Thailand for four years and has worked in and out of the region since 2009. His research focuses on leadership and human development in Southeast Asia, adult development, and enhancing global mindset in university and work contexts. His recent book publication, Developing Human Resources in Southeast Asia (published by Palgrave Macmillan) explores the dynamic regional ecosystem of human development in Southeast Asia. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Academy of Human Resource Development and on the editorial boards of Human Resource Development Review, Advances in Developing Human Resources, and Industrial and Commercial Training.
