Chella has over 2 decades of experience in Manufacturing, Projects, HR, Strategy & Innovation in the healthcare business. He recently relocated from Malaysia to India to join Biocon Biologics in Strategy & Innovation to lead organizational strategy and culture of innovation. Subsequently he moved to head Learning, Talent & Organizational transformation.

Prior joining Biocon Biologics, Chella was heading HR in Merck/ MSD for cluster countries such as Malaysia , Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia.  In this role, he immensely contributed to the Organizational transformation strategic initiatives, Change management, People strategy, Leadership coaching and Culture building. He was also HR leader for Emerging markets where he led the strategic HR function for multiple regions. Chella has extensively worked on Organisational transformation and DE&I initiatives for more than a decade. He was instrumental in mentoring women leaders across Europe, China, Africa, and Asia to start women network forums.
