Aaron Lim is Group Human Resource Director for Park Hotel Group. With over 10 years of human resource management experience in multinational corporations, conglomerates and start-ups, Aaron today leads the people strategy for the Group and is responsible for driving organisational culture and developing a talent pipeline to meet the demands of the fast-growing company.

Prior to joining Park Hotel Group in 2019, Aaron was Southeast Asia Regional Human Resource Business Partner for Klook, where he was responsible for the management and nurturing of human capital while working alongside line managers to address business needs.
